Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg (Physical Server Location: Stockholm, Sweden).<\/p><p>We have ensured to have an effective data processing agreement that obliges Agilcon d.o.o. to follow all applicable privacy and data protection regulations relevant to its own processing of the personal data concerned.<\/p><p>Your data will be processed in electronic and paper form and your data will be collected and stored in computer databases and may be stored in paper archives.<\/p><h3><strong>WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Your personal data may be disclosed to Adriatic Marinas\u2019 employees, being transferred from sources to hiring managers to hiring team members, so they can assess your suitability for vacancies within different departments or contact you.<\/p><p>We do not sell your personal data to third parties.<\/p><h3><strong>RETENTION PERIOD<\/strong><\/h3><p>We will retain your personal data for no longer than <strong>three (3) years<\/strong> from the date of receipt, unless an employment relationship is established.
