We had an extended summer in Porto Montenegro with sunshine throughout October, and an influx of international visitors who, alongside our Portonian residents, enjoyed a lively programme of cultural, gastronomic and sporting events and activities – which are at the heart of our vibrant waterfront community.
Meanwhile, the development of our new Boka Place neighbourhood, which is set to complete in 2023, continues at pace, and we are thrilled to have sold and reserved over 100 of the units currently on the market to a diverse range of buyers from around the world. Porto Montenegro is a global village community with more than 40 nationalities, with buyers from countries such as the US and Canada, South Africa and Russia, as well as the Far and Middle East. Boka Place will be home to 213 housing units and a revolutionary new hotel lifestyle experience, SIRO, from industry leaders Kerzner International, which will offer a fully immersive health and wellness experience, as well as a dynamic shopping district, made up of both international brands and independent local boutiques. With 40 retail units spanning over 7,400㎡, currently available for lease, we are now inviting retail operators to apply to become part of this thriving hub.
With interest in Boka Place continuing to grow, we have also introduced a new onsite Sales Centre, where clients can discover more about Porto Montenegro’s latest urban neighbourhood. Bringing the vibrant new offering to life, it features two showrooms, which showcase a guestroom from SIRO and a two-bedroom SIRO-managed residence, as well as a masterplan model of the wider development.
For those who can’t wait for Boka Place and want to call Porto Montenegro home now, there are a range of apartments available to purchase in the South Village, which feature the luxury waterfront residential buildings of AQUA, BAIA and Elena. New buyers can even take advantage of an additional payment incentive and buyer benefits until 31st December 2021. Montenegro’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI) is expected to come to a close at the end of 2021, so now is the ideal time to purchase a home and take advantage of this unique initiative.
We are already enjoying the autumn season in Boka Bay, with the destination’s year-round sunshine, and looking ahead to the winter sports season, as well as welcoming visitors to our exciting new Sales Centre.
