Representatives of Adriatic Marinas, in cooperation with the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, presented the new development project Porto Montenegro – Boka Place, in front of more than 60 members of the Foreign Trade Chamber.
The event was organized at the Hotel Evropa in Sarajevo. Some of the most prominent members of the Chamber had the opportunity to hear more details about the construction of the new Boka Place settlement in Porto Montenegro, investment opportunities and potential for cooperation through leasing shopping space.
The President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BIH, Ahmet Egrlić, his associates, and several existing real estate owners or berths in Porto Montenegro also attended the event.
It was announced that the opening of Boka Place, whose investment value exceeds 100 million euros, is expected in the second half of 2023. There is already a great interest of clients to purchase apartments and the lease of business premises.
“Due to the attractive prices of apartments ranging from EUR 190,000 and flexible repayment methods, the interest of regional clients in buying real estate in Boka Place is extremely stable,” the investors said.
