Desko brings 20 years of luxury hospitality experience from London to oversee all onsite operations. His speciality is in delivering hotel projects from concept to compliance. He focuses on the launch of new residential and wellness-centric neighbourhoods.

Predrag is a serial entrepreneur with two decades of regional expertise. His strategic background in IT and hospitality, combined with deep knowledge of the Montenegrin public sector, allows high-level partnerships. His ability to navigate government relations is vital to overall project success.
