Andrea Eggers Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Porto Montenegro

Tivat, Montenegro – Adriatic Marinas is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Eggers as Chief Executive Officer of Porto Montenegro, as David Margason focuses his leadership on the continued growth and expansion of Adriatic 42 in Bijela.

An internationally experienced real estate and destination management executive, Andrea Eggers brings nearly two decades of leadership across some of Europe’s leading mixed-use, retail and lifestyle destinations. Prior to joining Adriatic Marinas, she served as Retail Portfolio Director for Austria and Germany and General Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she was responsible for the strategic and commercial performance of a multi-asset portfolio, delivering sustained growth, high occupancy levels and enhanced customer and tenant experiences.

Throughout her career, Andrea has held senior leadership roles across portfolio management, leasing, marketing, operations, hospitality and destination development. Recognised for building high-performing teams and creating commercially successful destinations, she brings extensive expertise in asset management, placemaking, strategic partnerships and premium customer experiences.
